NIGHT LIGHTS, TOKYO GLOW
PHOTO BOOK
Tokyo is a metropolis of ever moving elements. Construction that never stops, people always on the move, and trains zipping through the city. From the Tokyo Skytree deck, the city goes on for as far as the eye can see. Streets extend out like veins to all corners of the districts. High rise buildings reach for clouds as Mt. Fuji overlooks from a distance. It’s easy to get lost in the back alleys with all the Izakayas, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shrines sprinkled through out the city. The warm glow of Japanese lanterns paint the streets at night creating an inviting atmosphere that just beg viewers to come out and be one with the city. I invite you to flip through these pages and enjoy the Tokyo Glow!
WIDELUX, A PANORAMIC JOURNEY
PHOTO BOOK
This is a book about the Widelux camera made by Panon Camera Japan. It showcases the history behind the camera and the company that made them until the factory burned down in the late 90s. This book discusses the interesting design of the swing lens that it uses to create panoramic images on 35mm film. It also includes my collection of images that I created using the camera.
